The chart in question is about beautiful destinations which have much to offer but are not overcrowded. According to the review, Bulgaria is one of the most intriguing destinations in the world.

The article appreciates Bulgaria's "fabulous beaches, balmy weather, low prices, pretty historic towns and friendly people".
